1. How can I pay for my order?
Acceptable payment methods for purchases on our website: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa
If for some reason you cannot make a payment, please contact us.
2. Production term
Most of the products on our website are made to order. The production time depends on the loading of our workshop. Approximate production time from 1 to 4 weeks. Our manager will inform you of the most accurate time of production of your order after payment of the order.
If you would like to receive the product by the due date, please contact us before purchasing. If we can make an order for you and deliver it by the due date, we will gladly make the order for you.
Also, we have products in stock, please visit the "In Stock" folder to view the assortment that is ready to be shipped on the day of purchase.
3. Delivery time
For the standard delivery of international orders, we use Ukrposhta. If you want to use the delivery of another transport company, please contact us.
Delivery time depends on the recipient's country.
Approximate delivery time:
European Union countries: 14-21 working days
European countries, but not in the European Union: 14 - 31 working days
USA and Canada: 14-21 business days
Countries in Central America, South America, Africa and China, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania may take longer, up to 4 weeks
Please note that the estimated delivery time is above. Sometimes there may be delays in delivery due to weather conditions, holidays, or the speed of processing the package at customs.
Unfortunately, these are out of my control but if necessary I will do my best to track your shipment and speed it up if possible :)
Please make sure that the address you provided is correct!!!
The buyer must provide the accurate address for shipment. After I ship your order, there is nothing I can do to change it. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, postage to resend must be paid by the buyer.
4. Delivery price
Some of our products have free shipping worldwide. The description of the product indicates whether free delivery is provided for it. Items with free shipping are shipped by UkrPoshta at standard shipping.
If you want to order a shield with free shipping but use another international company for its delivery, we will calculate the shipping price separately for such an order and notify you individually.
Big items that cannot be sent by standard mail are sent by EMS from Ukrposhta and have paid delivery.
This delivery option delivers big parcels and has delivery priority over standard parcels. The price of the delivery of such goods is calculated individually, depending on the recipient's country, the total weight of the ordered goods, and their dimensions.
If your order contains products with guaranteed delivery and an item with paid delivery. These goods will be sent in one package in the EMS class from the UkrPoshta. The shipping price is calculated for a product with paid delivery. It depends on the country of the recipient, and the weight and size of the product for which the delivery was initially paid.
5. Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Custom orders
You can order an individual order.
Please contact us to discuss the details of your order. The price of an individual order is calculated individually.
Can the shield be decorated with my drawing?
You can order the production of a shield with your drawing. Please contact us before buying and send the picture you want us to draw. The price of a shield with a pattern depends on the complexity of the pattern itself.
We can additionally emboss your name, initials or team name on the leather handle of the shield. We do embossing only with your consent. It is free. But after installing the leather handle with your embossing, we cannot change the writing or handle to another one without embossing. We are also limited in the length and number of characters we can emboss.

7. Club or wholesale orders.
We make orders for clubs and wholesale orders.
A club order must include a minimum of 6 items. Shields made for a club can be decorated with club emblems to make the shields more special and make your club stand out on the battlefield. The price for wholesale and club orders differs from the price on the website and is calculated individually.
