IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND TWO OR MORE PURCHASED GOODS IN ONE PARCEL?

If you have a multi-item order we can send it in one parcel. But we will take into account the maximum allowable dimensions of parcels allowed to be sent. If your order does not fit within the allowed parameters, we will divide it into parts and send it in several parcels. For example, large club orders for 6 or more shields are sent in several parcels.

IF I WANT TO ORDER TWO ITEMS, ONE FOR MYSELF AND ONE FOR A FRIEND FROM ANOTHER CITY?

You can order one item for yourself and another for a friend, but you need to make two separate orders so that each recipient's details are entered in the recipient's address field.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery time

For the standard delivery of international orders, we use Ukrposhta. If you want to use the delivery of another transport company, please contact us.

Delivery time depends on the recipient's country.

Approximate delivery time:

European Union countries: 14-21 working days

European countries, but not in the European Union: 14 - 31 working days

USA and Canada: 14-21 business days

Countries in Central America, South America, Africa and China, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania may take longer, up to 4 weeks

Please note that the estimated delivery time is above. Sometimes there may be delays in delivery due to weather conditions, holidays, or the speed of processing the package at customs.

Unfortunately, these are out of my control but if necessary I will do my best to track your shipment and speed it up if possible :)

Please make sure that the address you provided is correct!!!

The buyer must provide the accurate address for shipment. After I ship your order, there is nothing I can do to change it. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, postage to resend must be paid by the buyer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
